Order Processing, Cancellation, Remake, Refund & Warranty

Order Processing
Handling Time: once your order is placed, we aim to process it within 3-5 days. Orders placed on weekends and any other holidays will be processed on the next business day, and we will endeavour to process the next day if factory operates.

Order Cancellation

• Cancellation before production
  This request needs to be raised within 24 hours with 10% admin cost to be charged. No charges if just an alteration to the order within 24 hours after placing the order.

• Cancellation when the order is in production
  50% of the order value to be charged

• Cancellation after dispatch
  70% of the order value to be charged

Remake

• Remake because of damages in transit
  In the event of damaged orders, please provide evidence within 48 hours including clear photos of the damaged package(s) and the product(s) to support@amsterdamart.co to commence the damage claim and remake process. All orders are attached with a reminder label. (please refer to the details of the shipping policy)
  

• Remake because of unsatisfaction of product/product defect
  If product is received with possible workmanship faults, please also provide clear photo to support@amsterdamart.co we will replace without any charge if we accept the claim.
• Full refund as result of damages in transit if a remake is not desired.

Return
Our return policy allows for returns within a 30-day window, provided that items are in their original packaging. If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, please note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. However, if the item is faulty or not as described, Amsterdam Art will cover the freight costs for the return. Once we receive your return, the refund process generally takes about 7 days to complete.

Warranty
Our artwork comes with a 12-month warranty. If a defect occurs within this period, contact us with clear photos of the issue, and we will replace the item free of charge if the fault is ours.
