Shipping Policy

At Amsterdam Art. Co, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience for our customers. Below are the details regarding our shipping policies, including timelines, costs for all orders worldwide.

Costs: based on FOB INCOTERMS
International airfreight rate is included in the order pricing, so you don’t have to do additional calculation at the checkout. For large quantity, please contact us at support@amsterdamart.co to get wholesale prices and choose the best shipping option that suits you.


Timelines
Below is the standard time frame to receive your orders in the listed countries excluding the peak seasons normally starting from September to December of each year. Different countries may vary slightly.

US, CA: 7-10 business days
AU, NZ: 7-14 business days
EU: 12-15 business days

**Customs and Duties**: Any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in our shipping rates and may be charged by your local customs office. We always assist our customers in clearing your orders with your local customs office when there is such a need.

**Tracking**: International orders come with a tracking number on a reliable website to monitor the progress of your delivery.

While we do our best to ensure timely dispatch, unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, customs delays, or delivery issues may cause delays for the customer to receive goods. We are not responsible for such delays but will assist in resolving any shipping-related issues. We will also not bear the cost for the storage of goods at Courier’s warehouse over the limited period, which is normally one month after goods return to the Courier’s warehouse as the result of multiple failures of delivery.

Damaged Packages
Remake because of damages in transit

  • In the event of damaged orders, please provide evidence within 24 hours including clear photos of the damaged package(s) and the product(s) to support@amsterdamart.co to commence the damage claim and remake process. All orders are attached with the label of reminder below. If you are in a special situation that does not allow you to act in 24 hours. Don't worry just let us know.

  • If your order is received with possible workmanship faults, please also provide clear photos within 7 days to support@amsterdamart.co we will replace without any charge if we accept the claim.
  • No refund as result of damages in transit but to produce free remake
